REFUND POLICY

Duration of Refund Policy

Our refund policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide a refund.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it should be in its original packaging.

Proof of Purchase Requirement

To process your return, we require either a receipt or an email confirmation as proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, which is damaged or missing parts due to reasons not attributable to our error.

Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refund Process

We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
