What most people don’t know is that they can be causing damage to the lashes, and ultimately lash loss, through their chosen makeup removal method. Rubbing your eyes with wipes or cotton pads is actually terrible for your lashes, and can cause your lashes to fall out or break.

Instead, we advise our customers to gently press a cotton pad soaked in makeup remover to a closed eye and let that sit for at least 10-50 seconds before gently pulling away to loosen the makeup for removal.

The speed of results can differ. In our experience, many customers begin to see results in weeks 4-6. But, for a full transformation, you need to be using Arch Beauty Serum consistently for a minimum of 12 weeks.

For best results you should use the Derma Roller up to 3 times a week.

Like most cosmetic companies, we do not test on pregnant women, women who are breastfeeding or children under the age of 16.

Arch Beauty Serum is formulated with natural ingredients that should not be harmful to sensitive skin. However, patch testing is recommended in case you have an allergy to any of the ingredients included.

Simply apply the serum to a small area such as a corner of your forehead, behind your ear or the side of your neck. There should be no other products on the skin so that you can properly test this product. Then, wait around 24 hours to see if you have any skin sensitivity. If there is no sensitivity, you're good to go!

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide a refund.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it should be in its original packaging.

To process your return, we require either a receipt or an email confirmation as proof of purchase.

There are specific circumstances under which only partial refunds may be issued:

Products that show obvious signs of use.

Any item not in its original condition, which is damaged or missing parts due to reasons not attributable to our error.

Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
